KGRA Digital Broadcasting announces the promotion of Bill Forte (Skywatcher) to Program Director. He will begin his new position immediately. Skywatcher has been with KGRA Digital Broadcasting for the past seven years and started working as a co-host for the Jamie Havican Show. He most recently served as a Senior Producer at the station.
