A lifelong interest in UFOs has led Toby to work with producers on shows including The X-Files and Expedition Unknown. He has also worked with the History Channel, The Discovery Channel, Vice, and various media entities from worldwide countries.

Bill Skywatcher - Marked by the Sky - KGRA Digital Broadcasting Bill Skywatcher has been involved with the UAP field since his first-hand eyewitness account of a “UAP” in 1995 while residing in NYC. (Documented on NUFORC Site). He is actively researching the UAP topic, which includes nighttime observation using a DSLR Sony A7S III camera in search of anomalous activity in Hudson Valley, N.Y.
