Are we alone in the Universe? Join Chris as he tries to answer this: What is flying around in our skies? What is happening to people who have been abducted? Dan comes to UAP Crossfire with a diverse background and experience in a wide range of occupations and disciplines. He has decades of experience in broadcast meteorology and has worked in forensic meteorology, corporate meteorology, and as an assistant state fire meteorologist in South Dakota. Dan is an avid outdoorsman, and soon after he started writing newspaper columns about his outdoor adventures, he was hired as a writer by Cabela’s, an international sporting goods retailer. During his time at Cabela’s, Dan returned to school, earned his ministerial credentials, and pastored three churches in the Nebraska Panhandle part-time while working full-time at Cabela’s. He left Cabela’s in 2018 and authored two best-selling science fiction novels, Species Unknown and Species Unleased, which he self-published on Amazon, and then moved with his family to the Black Hills of South Dakota, where he pastors a church full-time.

Dan has had a lifelong interest in UFOs/UAPs and cryptozoology and is particularly interested in the potential spiritual component of these mysteries. He started as a fill-in host on UAP Crossfire in the fall of 2024 and has since become a regular on the podcast.
