Todd is a decorated law enforcement officer with 32 years of experience at municipal and federal levels. Todd spent six years as a municipal police officer with assignments in both patrol and narcotics and as a member of his department’s SWAT team.

The following 25 years were spent at the federal level within the U.S. Department of Justice…8 years in the U.S. Marshals Service as a Deputy U.S. Marshal (assigned to the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Office) and over 17 years as a Special Agent with ATF. During this time, Todd completed selection and basic training for his agency’s special operations team, where he held positions as an Operator, Breacher, Sniper, and HRST Master.

Along with tactical operations, Todd is a federal firearms instructor (pistol/rifle/shotgun) certified in 2001 through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), a defensive tactics instructor since 2003 in three various disciplines, and an intelligence operations and mission planning instructor. Todd has been a contractor for the U.S. State Department and other agencies within the U.S. government.

Rodney Richards

A brief synopsis of myself.  I’m 53 years old and live in Ardmore, OK, with my wife of 22 years, Andrea Richards. We have five grown children, with our youngest living for college this year. My wife Andrea just retired after serving 20 years in Child Welfare.

I graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern University.  I started my career in law enforcement in 1991 with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. I later went to work for the District 19 District Attorney’s Office in Oklahoma as a narcotics Agent. In 2002, I became the lead narcotics investigator with the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office. After a brief stint with the Marlow Police Department, I retired from law enforcement.

During my 20-year career, I became one of the top narcotics investigators in the state. I was the lead agent in two of the most significant methamphetamine manufacturing investigations in Oklahoma history. Also, during my career, I spent 11 years as an instructor for our Special Response Team.

Since retiring, I started a company called Whitetail Management Solutions LLC. We specialize in wildlife land management. We consult all over the U.S. to help property owners get the best hunting and fishing conditions out of their properties. I also volunteer with agencies around Southern Oklahoma with tactical law enforcement instruction.
